Crystal Keepers Animatic
Hey It's Kam! Here's my quarter 4 update! For the past 3 months I've been working on a final film for school, following every stage of a production pipeline from pitch to final export. At the end of the last quarter I produced this animatic in storyboard pro, one of my favourite programs (it's so intuitive!). Crystal Keepers is a parody of magical girl anime (a genre that I love very much) and makes fun of just how long it takes for them to transform in those shows. My biggest inspiration are Sailor Moon and Tokyo Mew Mews, they are the most nostalgic and I wanted to take my art direction towards a similar style. This project has been a lot of work so far but I'm having an incredible amount of fun working on it.
