Adobe Animate Illustrations

 

Hey It's Kam!

    I'm currently in my third quarter learning Adobe Animate (known previously as flash). Its been a hard program to wrap my head around since I've never worked with vectors before but I've been picking it up fairly quickly and I'm super excited to learn more! I find myself extremely curious in that class and I always ask a lot of questions! The teacher is super cool and I love hearing about their time in the industry working in this program. Truthfully, all my instructors have really fun stories to tell and I can't wait to have my own experiences in the industry! The Images I've shared are some of my illustrations that I have done in the program. I Learned how to use gradients and boy was that a headache! Regardless I do enjoy trying out the different tools in the program. what usually throws me for a loop when it comes to drawing in this program are the groups and drawing objects, it can get pretty chaotic! I'm learning how to be efficient and organize everything though so it's all good!

As a side note to all this I am loving my exploration into creature designs! Combining different aspects of animals and/or making them more humanoid is very stimulating and gives me a lot of inspiration!
